Method for constructing a territorial-oriented normative model for estimation of the life quality taking into account the territories specification (in the case of Krasnoyarsk region).

Abstract

This paper presents a method of constructing the territorially oriented normative model for calculating the rating assessments of the life quality and describing the “desired” level of life quality taking into account the individual character- istics of the territories. The proposed method provides the formation of assessment criteria, principles of generalization of assessments, and scales of their interpretation by considering the socio-economic and physical-geographical features of the territories. Constructing the normative model is carried out in the case of the Krasnoyarsk region.
