Abstract

In order to preliminarily explore the influence of radial installation deviation on the internal flow of large turbine, we take a high-quality 1000 MW Francis turbine unit as the research object to explore what kind of situation will occur when there is a radial installation deviation of 0.5 mm away from the spiral case direction of the steady flow. We found that, firstly, the pressure in the place with small clearance is higher than that in other places. Secondly, in the parts of the flow, different parts are affected to different degrees.
