Abstract
UI/UX design in applications is very important because a good design can meet user needs and make users feel comfortable and understand the use of the application. An example is an online application for website-based Foreign Service Travel Expenses (BPDL). In making this application focused on potential users of this application, if the user cannot understand the application created, it will have an impact on the user and the system.
