Abstract

Parking of a vehicle is a major issue in metropolitan cities. City users often takes more time to search the parking space to park their vehicle which leads traffic congestion and wastage of fuel. To overcome this kind of problem, the smart parking system has been developed. With the help of sensors, drivers can get to know about the availability of parking spaces, distance and fee. This paper, projects various smart parking systems which are used by the end users. It also discuss the components and technologies used for smart parking system.
