The Ordinary Least Square regression statistical technique was utilised in the test of research hypotheses. Results: The study established that the firm’s internal environment drivers, all have an inverse significant influence on employee turnover intention in SMEs. Policy Recommendations: The study recommended that managers should espouse managerial styles that promote work freedom, autonomy, delegation and builds group team spirit in order to foster work harmony and employee commitment. Employment hires should be governed by formal contracts mutually agreed upon between the employer and employee. 组织内部环境驱动因素对尼日利亚克罗斯河州中小企业员工离职意愿的多变量分析
目的:研究企业内部环境驱动因素的影响:管理风格;员工激励;工作安全;组织文化;组织气候;尼日利亚克罗斯河州中小企业薪酬/补偿对员工离职意愿的影响方法:本研究采用横断面调查研究设计,选取元素采用简单随机和判断抽样的两阶段抽样方法。采用普通最小二乘回归统计技术对研究假设进行检验。结果:研究发现,企业内部环境驱动因素对中小企业员工离职意愿均有显著的负向影响。政策建议:该研究建议管理者应该采用促进工作自由、自主、授权和建立团队精神的管理风格,以促进工作和谐和员工承诺。雇佣应受雇主和雇员双方同意的正式合同的约束。管理层应该提供激励和机会,高度目标导向的员工可以在多年后被选为公司的共同所有者,并享有年终合同奖金或利润的特权/权利,因为这将建立一种强烈的员工承诺和工作安全感。
