Abstract
In this study, we have prepared starch and Brown algae sugar ester dodecenylsuccinic, and by using infrared rays, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), we studied the structures and properties of the starch and Brown algae sugar ester dodecenylsuccinic.
