Abstract

When the scale of logistics network of regional logistics enterprises reaches a certain level, the competition of network must turn to fine management, otherwise the cost of operation management will increase, and the efficiency of operation will decrease. The construction of management performance-oriented evaluation system is an effective means for enterprises to carry out directional management reform to reduce cost and increase efficiency. The enterprise management performance evaluation system is constructed based on PCA-DEA model. PCA was used to reduce dimension and determine performance evaluation indexes, and DEA data envelopment analysis was used to analyze and evaluate logistics nodes and find the improvement points.
