Abstract

: An automatic control suitable for process level sensing and control was realized using the Ultrasonic sensor. This enabled the entire circuit to function as a threshold detector; thereby working as an ON and OFF switch. The proposed process level sensor was tested in real time application by using it to control the level of water in a tank fed by a single phase 1/2HP pump.
