In this paper, they introduce some key issues in computer modeling of higher education courses considering recent demands and structures. Basic functionality of an Internet based and computer processed virtual classroom is outlined in which academic functionality organizes and coordinates other functionalities. Following this, definition and application sides of course description related activities are introduced and handling of inside and outside relationship definitions in a course model is explained. Next, definition of course description is explained starting from the definition of elements and course patterns and modeling procedures and processes are discussed.
