The main pollutants are: nitrogen dioxide, sulphur dioxide, carbon monoxide, sugar dust. Abstract
The full cycle of marshmallow production is considered including the preparation of production batches, processing and processing of raw materials, as well as the production of confectionery directly. These and other processes taking place at the plant are sources of air pollution.
