This paper chooses to establish a bi-level programming model, and set the upper-level planning objective function to maximize the ticket benefit of the relevant departments of the empty-rail intermodal transportation. The objective function of the lower-level planning is to minimize the passenger's general travel cost and solve the model, so as to obtain a relatively complete The method for formulating fares for air and rail transportation provides a reference for the formulation of air and rail freight fares in China. Finally, the paper validates the model based on the air-rail combined transport line from Beijing to Sanya. Abstract

空铁联运定价方法的双层规划模型
近年来,中国社会发展迅速,高铁网络日趋完善,高铁与民航的竞争日趋激烈。在国家新出台的国家交通发展规划中,综合交通运输体系的发展被放在重要的位置。空港铁路的运营是综合运输的重要组成部分,越来越受到人们的重视。在航空轨道交通的发展中,票价的制定仍然起着决定性的作用。便宜的票价可以吸引大量的客流量,因此有必要探索合理的票价制定方法。本文选择建立双层规划模型,设置上层规划目标函数,使空轨多式联运相关部门的票务效益最大化。下层规划的目标函数是使旅客的总出行成本最小化并求解模型,从而得到比较完整的航空、铁路运输票价的制定方法,为中国航空、铁路货运票价的制定提供参考。最后,以北京至三亚的空铁联运线路为例,对模型进行了验证。关键词:空铁联运;双层规划模型;运输服务;定价方法
