Abstract

In view of the current situation that unsafe incidents of dangerous goods transportation by air have increased year by year in recent years, this paper uses the principal component analysis method to analyze the dangerous goods sources or factors affecting the transportation of dangerous goods by air. 基于主成分分析的航空运输危险源主因素分析
针对近年来危险品航空运输不安全事件逐年增多的现状,本文采用主成分分析法对危险品来源或影响危险品航空运输的因素进行分析。研究表明,危险品类型、航线类型、运输区域和运输环节四个因素是影响民航运输安全的较为重要的因素。同时,对于上述四个主因子的不同子因子或因子,本文根据主成分对应的不同因子相关数据在低维空间的投影熵,进一步提取每个因子中最关键的因子。根据关键因素,提出加强对托运、代理、集运等人员的管理,加强对危险品相关人员包括危险品知识的培训,加强各环节的宣传,为民航运输指标的客观评价提供客观依据;对有效控制危险品不安全事件和事故的发生概率,提高航空安全管理水平具有重要价值。
