The research data were analyzed using the Validity Test, Reliability Test, Path Analysis and Hypothesis Testing. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain the effect of organizational culture, competency, motivation, and compensation on employee performance in the Jakarta Department of Spatial Planning and Land Management. This study used quantitative research and descriptive analysis. The study analyzed two categories of data: primary and secondary data.
