Abstract
Integration of energy systems profoundly depends on power electronics interface (PEI), which is used to integrate more than one energy sources with different V-I characteristics. The different energy sources are effectively utilized with suitable topology of PEI. This paper represents, a new topology for non-isolated multiple input DC/DC converter. The proposed converter is designed for providing different voltage levels at the output. The input source used are of different levels to operate the converter at voltage mismatched conditions, which is very common problem observed during integration of different energy systems. The input sources are isolated with a coupling capacitor. It is operated in boost mode of operation. Steady state analysis of the proposed converter along with simulation study using MATLAB/Simulink has been presented.
