Three conclusions are drawn: the comprehensive evaluation value of transmission grid performance in the northwest region is basically at the middle and upper level, and this region is higher than the other five regions for 43% of the time; the two indicators of new energy generation and per capita electricity consumption have a greater impact on the performance of the transmission grid; the performance evaluation value of the North China regional transmission grid that relies on traditional energy for power generation grows slowly and shows a low level. Abstract

双碳目标下基于组合博弈论的输电网性能评价
本文从低碳绩效、社会绩效和运行绩效三个方面构建了输电网绩效评价指标体系,并运用组合博弈论对2014 - 2020年全国六个地区输电网的绩效进行了评价。得出三个结论:西北地区输电网性能综合评价值基本处于中上水平,43%的时间高于其他5个地区;新能源发电量和人均用电量这两个指标对输电网的性能影响较大;依赖传统能源发电的华北区域输电网的性能评价值增长缓慢且水平较低。提出了加强输配网规划顶层设计、提升输配网新能源消费能力、提高全社会用电效率水平等三点建议。
