Abstract

On the background of more and more demands for the evaluation of municipal engineering projects, the benefits of municipal engineering are paid more and more attention, and, at present, the research focus in the field of engineering is more on the benefit of single index than comprehensive evaluation benefits, this paper puts forward the concept of “comprehensive benefit” evaluation of municipal engineering based on various indicators of comprehensive engineering benefits. 基于三角模糊数和模糊综合评价的市政工程综合效益评价模型研究
在市政工程项目评价需求越来越大,市政工程效益越来越受到重视的背景下,目前工程领域的研究重点更多的是单一指标的效益,而不是综合评价效益,本文提出了基于工程综合效益各指标的市政工程“综合效益”评价概念。本文提出了基于三角模糊数和模糊综合评价法的市政项目综合效益评价模型,可对PPP、BT、BOT等多种模式下的各类市政项目综合效益进行后评价。通过实例论证,证明该评价模型具有科学性、实用性和可操作性,为城市可持续发展和建设资源节约型、城市友好型社会提供了有利的工程措施。
