Knowledge and ability to manage learning is related to starting from planning (planning), organizing (organizing), implementation (actuating) and evaluation (evaluating) so that the effectiveness of teaching and learning during the current Covid-19 pandemic can be achieved, both the implementation of online and offline learning. Abstract

Online learning will certainly be less meaningful without synergy in proper learning management and not all learning during the Covid-19 pandemic is effective in the online system.
