The examined framework is based on robust theories and offers tools that software companies can use to increase the efficiency of their software delivery model. Abstract

The paper analyses the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) which is currently one of the most important agile scaling frameworks, being adopted by the software development companies to maintain a competitive advantage in the digital age and, at the same time, it represents a way to involve all the organization departments in delivering technology-based solutions.
