Energy Saving in Refrigerating Equipment

Abstract

The proposed technical solution relates to refrigeration, as well as the field of energy-saving technologies in cold supply systems. The main function of the plate freezer is the quick and deep freezing of food products: seafood, including fish, meat, minced meat in block forms with established linear dimensions. Energy saving in these systems is one of the most important tasks, since this type of equipment is energy intensive and the main costs in the process of equipment operation are associated with a large consumption of electric energy.
