Abstract
The issues of soil fertility reproduction are usually considered as a system of specific measures. This article presents a slightly different approach, the essence of which is to substantiate the methodology for constructing the concept of fertility reproduction, to formulate goals, tasks, to determine the method of forming indicative indicators and to assess effectiveness.
