This paper utilizes air traffic in the US area as an example model. The main aspect of determining the locations of cities according to the radar sites is the latitude and longitude of each location. In addition, an integrated radar system is required to cover all of America’s states. Different weather datasets are combined and integrated with the radar image technology into one collected weather map. The weather map is used to facilities of Quantum Geographic Information System (QGIS).
