The global pandemic caused by the coronavirus has changed everyone's life and has affected it differently. People must be kept informed on various aspects. Purpose of this article is to discuss the implementation and model of a telegram-based chatbot system, which helps people understand the facts, precautions, preventive measures, and various other aspects related to the coronavirus.
