All the data will be stored at Application Enablement Platforms (AEP) which seem like web servers. The data is analyzed through big data analytics platforms. Finally, the devices and gateway remote management platforms distribute the new versions and upgrades to all devices. The primary parameters for determining road conditions include traffic flow rates, air quality, meteorological characteristics, and signal status as indicated by the received signal intensity for both road and intra-vehicular settings.
