Abstract

A global adaptive strategy is proposed to make a complex dynamical network attain an inhomogeneous equilibrium point. Based on the error between the node's state and its desired state, the coupling strength between nodes increases until the network attain an inhomogeneous equilibrium point. By constructing a Lyapunov function, a sufficient condition about the inhomogeneous equilibrium point is obtained, which is proofed by simulation, when the isolated node is a Chua's circuit.
