Systems engineering technology competence renewal method study based on rough set

Abstract

Along with the time and the environment unceasing change and systems engineering technology's more request, the technology competence did not satisfy systems engineering technology new request, therefore technology competence renewal is systems engineering's one kind of competence behavior under the new request, this article studies systems engineering technology competence renewal method under the new request based on rough set theory, acquires the renewal order with the minimal expense. The validity of the algorithm are given in the end.
