For our research, an adequate model of the active device was selected, which is simplified, but sufficient for the task posed in the article. The influence of the parameters of a bipolar active device, supply voltage, frequency and temperature on the oscillatory characteristics of the active device is traced. A study of the properties of a microwave amplifier on such an active device is carried out, their dependence on the characteristics of a bipolar active device is shown. Abstract

In this paper we discuss the problems that arise when designing and operation of microwave power amplifier on bipolar active device. We introduce the investigation of such microwave power amplifier, modeling and analysis of the influence of the amplifier design features, the characteristics of a bipolar active device, load, environmental parameters on the properties of amplifiers on a bipolar active device are carried out.
