Abstract

The DBO Toko App is an e-commerce platform with B2B (business to business) business model that focuses on building materials. By 2021, this application would have reached practically every part of Indonesia. However, the registered user was less than 50%, and it was important to keep the consumers satisfied in order for future apps to be taken loyally.
