Finally, the relationship between reliability index and demand response resource penetration rate, reliability index and transmission and distribution price is given. Abstract

Reliability is an important indicator for evaluating the level of power grids. This paper aims to study the factors that affect the reliability of the power grid. This paper proposes a simplified reliability evaluation index based on the capacity-to-load ratio. Then, a power grid reliability model based on system dynamics is established, and a causal cycle diagram and a system stack flow chart are given. After that, this paper uses VENSIM to simulate a given model in different situations.
