In this paper, we propose a scheme to detect and transmit multiple physiological data, and then display them on smart devices by the Bluetooth. Further, these messages are sent to the web server for remote monitoring based on the Internet. The mobile terminal programs are made by android applications. In order to establish a database to meet the user requirement and web functions, STRUTS2, SPRING and HIBERNATE framework is used to build Web Background Server. In the web server, the transferred data can be viewed in real time or stored in personal health database. At the same time, in order to handle the chaos of the upload waveform which cannot achieve the regularity and the correctness of the drawing, we propose a solution that based on wavelet analysis and EMD (Empirical Mode Decomposition) algorithm.
