Abstract
Deep into behavior level is the new trend of Technology and Innovation Management (TIM) research. This paper takes the first attempt to introduce the perspective of stakeholders' behavior to CoPS innovation risk formation mechanism analysis, constructing the logic chain of risk formation mechanism of “network structure-stakeholders' behavior-CoPS innovation risk” and expanding it in a dynamic process.
