bringing reform to the WTO is the suggestion of incorporating a financial and technical aspect into the coalition building approach. The report is a comprehensive, all-inclusive account of the issues jeopardising the global trading atmosphere and comes up with concrete suggestions for solving them. Speaking on behalf of India, the report acts as a good starting point for other developing and emerging economies to take cognisance of the issues central to its development and trade plans. The focal point of all the discussion surfacing in the report is that the WTO reforms must be approached in a way that does not wane the developing countries’ bargaining power and implies decision-making in an equitable manner, taking into consideration the development level of the parties. The report tactfully argues for the case of developing countries in a plethora of areas. The discussion around digitally enabled trade in services and the restrictions around them could also be addressed in detail in the future edition of the report.
