At the same time, the influence of UHV DC project production on the hot accident reserve was considered in this paper. The changes of the planned reserve capacity of the power system for large-scale renewable energy access and DC project commissioning are studied. Taking a regional power grid as an example, the recommended value of reserve capacity of regional power grid and provincial power grid at different levels in different years was calculated under the condition of high proportion of renewable energy access. Abstract

In this paper, the influencing factors of planning reserve capacity under the background of constructing the new type power system are analyzed in depth. Considering the influence of the confidence rate and different error coefficients of the renewable energy prediction, two correction methods of load reserve capacity were proposed. 本文对建设新型电力系统背景下规划备用容量的影响因素进行了深入分析。考虑可再生能源预测置信度和不同误差系数的影响,提出了两种负荷备用容量的修正方法。同时,本文还考虑了特高压直流工程生产对热事故储备的影响。研究了大规模可再生能源接入和直流项目调试时电力系统计划备用容量的变化。以某区域电网为例,在可再生能源接入比例较高的情况下,计算区域电网和省电网不同级别不同年份的备用容量推荐值。研究结论对准确分析电力系统平衡、合理指导未来供电规划布局具有重要意义。
