Abstract

Global firms are active to develop innovation to adapt to the turbulent environment and achieve a sustainable competitive advantage. Innovation is an interactive process and diversity among those who interact promotes the innovation process. Organizational climate is widely seen as v ital for increasing interaction, communication, interpersonal contact and increasing their willingness to share information.
