Results: from the research found that the physical for the respondents who \"walk\" with a value of significan sistol 0.03, 0.01, 0.00 pulse diastol.And \"rarely relaxed way\" with a value of significan sistol 0.05, 0.03, 0.02 pulse diastol.And the resulting percentage to mental \"rarely\" with a value of percentage of 61.5%, and on the respondents who \"often\" with a value of percentage of 96.4%, thus found the presence of sports influence stroll against the physical and mental health. 健康是一项非常宝贵的资本,成年人越来越意识到健康的价值,很多人愿意花大量的钱来获得健康。获得健康的一种方法是进行锻炼,这种运动很容易,也很安全,推荐给所有人,比如放松的散步。因为做这种练习不需要特殊的技能和天赋,也不需要每个人都做,无论是孩子还是家长。方法:本研究采用描述性的方法,采用相关测量/关联测量(measures of Association)。至于本研究的样本是神学学生Surya Nusantara Pematangsiantar与工程意外,样本达20人。结果:从研究中发现,身体对于“走路”的受访者来说,其脉搏舒张值分别为0.03、0.01、0.00。而“极少放松方式”的脉搏舒张值分别为0.05、0.03、0.02。而由此得出的对心理“很少”的百分比值为61.5%,对受访者“经常”的百分比值为96.4%,由此发现运动散步对身心健康的影响存在。结论:健康是影响身体和外表健康的主要因素之一,也是最宝贵的财富,不能用任何东西来交换,所以建议人们留出时间来做运动身体,做运动,放松散步。因为有健康的身体才有健康的灵魂。
