By implementing a knowledge management program using familiar tools and in an incremental fashion, a library can gain the benefits of a KM program in an orderly and non‐disruptive manner.Originality/value – This paper fills a gap in the digital library project management literature by providing an overview of knowledge management and its role in digital library management.","PeriodicalId":444419,"journal":{"name":"OCLC Syst.
