Abstract
Biportal endoscopic surgery is a minimally invasive innovative method of treatment, where two ports are used, one for visualization, the other for surgical instruments. In this article we describe the biportal endoscopic technique for laminectomy and discectomy, as well as discuss the features of these interventions in degenerative diseases of the spine.
