Abstract

This study discusses ethical leadership as a factor affecting organizational creativity performance when employee working from home as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. This study took samples in companies that are and already have run work from home system in Indonesia. This study found the fact that the effect of ethical leadership is very significant in encouraging organizational creativity in the midst of limited physical interactions due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
