This study found the fact that the effect of ethical leadership is very significant in encouraging organizational creativity in the midst of limited physical interactions due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The research also found that trust in leaders mediates the relationship between ethical leadership and organizational creativity. However, this study did not find the role of knowledge sharing as a mediator of ethical leadership and organizational creativity. Abstract
