SUPERVISION METHOD IN TRAINING A SPECIALIST OR THE ROLE OF METHODICAL COOPERATION (on the example of foreign language and literature specialty)

Abstract

The article discusses the usage of supervision methods in training the English language experts. Supervision is one of the general training methods, which means collaboration between two experts who can privately describe and analyze the work with a specialist. Its aim is to assist the specialist to respond to client’s needs. Methods of teaching a foreign language include the study of the method of supervision, the analysis of the concept, purpose, types and functions of supervision, the study of the supervision’s degree, analysis of the forms, methods and means of learning English during observation, as well as the recommendations on individual, group and team participation in forms of supervision. There are the following types of supervision, such as individual, collective, informal and insufficient. It also provides guidance on how to use forms, methods, and tools for learning English at the supervision level.
