This paper studies how the Internet + cloud audit mode gives full play to the advantages of cloud mode in enterprise human resource audit practice, and obtains the advantages of cloud audit mode through data comparison. Under the trend of strengthening Internet + cloud audit, it is necessary to deeply improve the combination of Internet related technologies and improve the technological content of practice; It is also necessary to enhance the advantages of the Internet, gradually removing the isolated and non-communicating audit module, and replacing it with a cloud-centered audit mode that connects all units. Based on the processing capacity of cloud computing and massive data processing capacity of cloud computing, the r&d and production of human resource software will be transformed into future intelligence. Abstract

企业人力资源审计实践中的互联网+云审计模式
:在互联网+模式大行其道的大背景下,社会的方方面面都被互联网深刻地改变着。结合中国互联网行业的实践,在这种模式下,各行各业的审计必然会被未来的技术所控制。在企业人力资源审计的实践中,必然会发生深刻的变革,而效率的加速是深刻实践的片面。本文研究互联网+云审计模式如何在企业人力资源审计实践中充分发挥云模式的优势,并通过数据对比得出云审计模式的优势。在加强互联网+云审计的趋势下,需要深度提升互联网相关技术的结合,提高实践的技术含量;还需要增强互联网的优势,逐步去除孤立的、非通信的审计模块,代之以以云为中心的、连接各单位的审计模式。基于云计算的处理能力和云计算的海量数据处理能力,人力资源软件的研发和生产将转化为未来的智能化。本章数据对比显示,云审计模式的得分优于传统模式,综合平均分为95.8分。
