Abstract

Abstract: The driving circuit of power amplifier bridge of solid state transmitter is an important part of power amplification. When the equipment is working, the power amplifier module works alternately in groups, and the half bridge is alternately connected. The low-voltage protection circuit around the driver will shut down the power amplifier module according to the operation instructions under the normal operation of the equipment. However, in case of abnormal conditions such as abnormal power supply, signal interference, front-end equipment failure, etc, the upper and lower half bridges will be connected at the same time, resulting in instantaneous damage to the power amplifier module.
