Abstract

Due to the increase in the number of motor transport, the task of organizing traffic on the city’s street network is becoming more and more difficult. In order not to turn the city into a gray concrete jungle, traffic management engineers are faced with the need to give an advantage in the movement of one or another part of the population. So, in order to achieve justice, bus lanes appeared on the roads, but no clear criteria for their introduction were established. This article discusses the factors that will determine the need to allocate bus lanes on the streets of the city.
