Exploring the Current Situation of the Integration of Information Technology and Physical Education

Abstract

With the continuous development of information technology, its application in teaching has become more and more extensive. The use of information technology in physical education in colleges and universities is not only a trend in the form, but also a breakthrough and attempt in teaching. However, from the current process of the integration of information technology and physical education, there are still many problems that need to be explored and solved one by one.
