Abstract
This article presents research results of a mathematical model in describing the relationship between heat emission coefficient $(\alpha, Wm^{-2}K^{-1})$ and pressure (Pth, mm Hg) of the sublimation environment. This model is applied to solve the heat and mass transfer models in conditions of freeze drying processing. This is the basic to determine technology mode of freeze drying processing as well as calculate, design and make the freeze drying system.
