Abstract

Power Line Communication (PLC) is a kind of communication technology which uses low-voltage power line as the signal transmission medium to realize the data transmission and exchange of information. In this paper, three characteristics of the low-voltage power line signal including impedance, noise and attenuation were analyzed, while with the basic model of the channel built, the advantages of BPSK modulation technology were demonstrated.
