Abstract
Most of the Indian homes are still dependent on the water from tube wells, bore wells so they are desperate to save every drop of water. The water scarcity in India has reached an alarming state. It will remain a problem until and unless people, as responsible citizens do their bit. It may not be possible to solve the problem but one can always save water as much as one can. This project focuses on creating a device that would detect gaps/holes in the pipes used to transport water to each apartment in a building. In a huge network of pipelines, it becomes impossible to detect small leaks. If the device can detect any kind of leaks in the pipelines through total monitoring, then taking the necessary actions quickly will help to save a lot of water. Also it will allow checking the amount of water usage. The total management system consists of various parts assembled together.
