Abstract
: The integrative medical treatment together with 3 days fasting (supplemented with 100 ml of low molecular weight fucoidan) and carbohydrate restricted diets exhibited higher values of ketone body and adiponectin in the cases of ulcerative colitis conditions, bronchial carcinoids and recurrent pancreatic cancers which revealed a tendency to show inverse relationships correlating with visceral fat.
