Abstract

A novel, nature inspired, unsupervised classification method, based on the most recent metaheuristic algorithm, stirred by the breeding strategy of the parasitic bird, the cuckoo, is introduced in this paper. The proposed Cuckoo Search Clustering Algorithm (CSCA) yields good results on benchmark dataset. 杜鹃搜索聚类算法:一种新的仿生策略
本文从寄生鸟布谷鸟的繁殖策略出发,基于最新的元启发式算法,提出了一种基于自然启发的无监督分类方法。提出的布谷鸟搜索聚类算法(CSCA)在基准数据集上取得了较好的结果。受实验结果的启发,本文提出的算法在两个实时遥感卫星图像数据集上进行了验证,用于水体提取本身就是一个相当复杂的问题。CSCA采用Davies-Bouldin指数(DBI)作为适应度函数。并介绍了该算法中新杜鹃的生成方法。由此产生的算法在概念上更简单,比其他受自然启发的算法需要更少的参数,并且经过一些参数调优后,产生非常好的结果。
