Abstract

In this paper, To the reliability life test of flexible display as the research target, the main factors affecting the flexible screen's reliability performance were analyzed and establishes a reliability automation test system based on LabVIEW. We will use open, modular design and flexible hardware framework, can increase the hardware configuration according to customer product testing requirements, has a good price and good versatility.
