In terms of the constitutional judiciary's oversight, the Egyptian constitutional court decided to monitor the partial defects by identifying the unconstitutionality of the appeal text, which was one of the flaws. However, it abstained from overseeing the legislative abstention, believing that determining whether legislation is needed or not is at the lawmaker's discretion. In terms of tackling legislative omission, Egypt's legislative authority is the House of Representatives, which has legislative competence as well as many other responsibilities. Following the amendment of the 2014 constitution in 2019, it established that Parliament consists of two chambers and proclaimed the Senate as the second house of Parliament aiding the House of Representatives in its competence. Abstract
