Methods: A survey was carried out by recruiting 540 individuals, who were working with the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Republic of Sudan.Results: The outcomes have been developed on the basis of three hypotheses. The reliability value of the questionnaire was 0.817 for the 18 variables. Majority of the respondents have shown positive or neutral responses towards the statements.
